Nimrod Novik, Benjamin Baratz, Mori Matalon and Zvi Rome, 2015 Israel Election Special Post-Election

This show features extensive recent interviews following the 2015 Israeli Elections. It features opinions on both candidates for Prime Minister of Israel and the future direction of the State of Israel. Dr. Nimrod Novik is chairman of the executive board of the Economic Cooperation Foundation. He is a former Middle East envoy for then-prime minister Shimon Peres. Novik is Senior Vice President of the Merhav Group of Companies where he is responsible for corporate and government relations worldwide as well as for projects in the Middle East. In this latter capacity he was responsible for the development, finance and construction of the $ 1.3 billion MIDOR petroleum refinery in Egypt, the largest Arab-Israeli joint venture today. Benjamin Baratz is a Senior Partner and Head of the Israel Business Group of Pearl Cohen's Tel Aviv office. Mr. Baratz is also the Honorary Consul of Romania in Israel. Moriel Matalon is the Managing Partner of the law firm Gornitzky & Co. and the Chairman of the firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Matalon served as an assistant to a Minister in the Israeli government from 1969 to 1970. From 1970 to 1975 he served at the Military Advocate-General Unit of the Israel Defense Forces, first as a military prosecutor, and later as the Deputy Head of the International Law department of the Israel Defense Forces. Additionally, Mr. Matalon serves as the Chairman of the Israeli Fund for UNICEF. Zvi Rome is a former Israeli diplomat.
