This episode of the Leon Charney Report is a tribute to the host of the Joe Franklin show and close personal friend of Leon Charney's,the late Joe Franklin. Franklin was a radio and television personality in NYC who started his 43 year career in 1950. He has been credited as the pioneer of the television talk show, and his passing on January 24, 2015 left many hearts saddened. This show is a celebration of his life and accomplishments.
